“Each year there is more demand for the Preschool” says Principal Munzhelele “as the community grows so do the needs of the community”. In 2019 when the school was first opened by the Baobab Foundation, the school only have a handful of children. “We are expecting a greater intake of children next year and we need to prepare for this in advance” says the Principal. Thanks to the generous support the Baobab Foundation has received from its donors Skoon Skincare (South Africa) and Holy Curls (United Kingdom), the Baobab Foundation was able to supply the preschool with all its needs to grow the school. Children tables and chairs, bowls and spoons and educational toys where the many items given to the school.
